In Windows 10, action center is where you'll find your app notifications and quick actions—which give you quick access to commonly used settings and apps.

Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location.This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn't an option for Open file location, it means the app can't run at startup.

Press and hold (or right-click) the MP4 file you want to play, select Open with, and then choose your preferred file player from the list of applications.
