Select Start , select the arrow next to All apps, right-click the app, then select More > Pin to taskbar. If the app is already open on the desktop, press and hold (or right click) the app's taskbar icon, and then select Pin to taskbar. Note: To remove a pinned app from the taskbar, right-click the app icon, then select Unpin from taskbar.

Immersive Reader advanced color support. In Immersive Reader, we've added many additional ways you can choose a page color.Selecting a page color can make text easy to scan with less eye strain. On the Immersive Reader tab click Page Color to see a 4x5 color picker.. Click More Colors to see additional color selection options such as Wheel, Sliders, Color Palettes, Image Palettes, and Pencils.

Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft Account. Sign in. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes. Note: VOIP numbers cannot be added as a way to sign in or get verification codes. We'll send a security code to the new number or email to confirm.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.

Use the legacy Edit Links command. The legacy Edit Links command is replaced by the Workbook Links command. However, you can get the old Edit Links command back by adding the legacy Edit Links command to your custom group in the ribbon. You can't add the Edit Links command to the Queries and Connections group.

A workbook link (previously called an external reference) is a way to combine data from other workbooks or other sheets in the same workbook. You might want to use them to: Link workbooks from several departments and then integrate pertinent data into a summary workbook. When the source workbooks change, the summary workbook is updated.

Go to the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 download page on the Microsoft website. Select the Download link that corresponds to your version of Windows 7. Select each of the download links and save them to your PC. When you're ready to install SP1, run the .exe file you downloaded from the site. Then follow the instructions to install SP1.

Control specific websites from accessing your location. You can also allow or block specific sites from accessing your location: Visit a website in Microsoft Edge. In the corner of the address bar, select the Lock , Info , or Dangerous icon and select Site permissions. Next to Location, choose Ask (default), Allow, or Block from the list.
