Follow the procedure in the Set up access to your company resources article to enroll your iOS phone or tablet. Important: Once you begin the enrollment process, you should complete the process in its entirety since pausing for more than a few minutes usually stops your progress and requires you to start over.If this process should fail, you need to return to the Company Portal app to try again.

If you see a Let's get started screen with options to try, buy, or activate Office, this means that Office is installed on your new PC as a 1-month trial of Microsoft 365 Family. You won't receive a product key from your PC manufacturer unless you paid for an Office product key card. Instead, you can start a trial of Microsoft 365 Family, or buy Office.

The classic cold-call scam. The scammers call you and claim to be from the tech support team of Microsoft or another company. They offer to help solve your computer "problems".

To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.

Look in the Surface app. The easiest way to find which Surface model you have is to use the Surface app. It shows the model name of your Surface device and each Surface accessory.

Use Microsoft Teams to chat online with the people you interact with. Start all chats the same way: by selecting New chat at the top of your chat list.. Start a chat with another person

Outlook app crashing. If the Outlook mobile app crashes when you open it, clear the browser's cache on your device. Then remove the app and re-install it.

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.
