Upgrade to the new OneDrive sync app from old Groove.exe
Starting on February 1, 2021, you'll no longer be able to sync your OneDrive and Shared Libraries using the old OneDrive app (Groove.exe). This does not apply to "On premises" customers, where OneDrive and SharePoint are hosted by your IT team.

If this fails, we recommend you uninstall uninstall groove.exe and install onedrive.exe. To resolve this problem, download and install the February 1, 2016, update for OneDrive for Office 2013 or Office 2016, depending on your installation.
