Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support
Press the Windows key and R to open the Run dialog box, enter wsreset.exe, then select OK. A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close. You can close the Microsoft Store window. If OneDrive is still not syncing, press the Windows key and R again.

Browse to the following location: \%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive. Copy the OneDrive.exe file to a network share location. Download the OneDrive.exe file that you created in step 3 to the local computer. Run the installation using the command: < filepath >\OneDrive.exe /permachinesetup.

Upgrade to the new OneDrive sync app from old Groove.exe
Support for the old OneDrive sync app (Groove.exe) has ended. Starting on February 1, 2021, you'll no longer be able to sync your OneDrive and Shared Libraries using the old OneDrive app (Groove.exe).

64-bit version. The 64-bit version of OneDrive is automatically installed with later versions of Windows. Note: If you're using PerMachine, you'll need to run OneDriveSetup.exe /allusers. If you don't see OneDrive in the list, press the Windows key and R to open a Run dialog, then type appwiz.cpl and press OK.
OneDrive desktop app for earlier versions of Windows
Download the desktop app for Windows 7 and earlier for 32-bit or 64-bit . Note: The OneDrive app isn’t supported on Windows XP. If you try to install it on a PC running Windows XP, you'll get a "OneDriveSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application" error message. For more information, see OneDrive System Requirements.
