This article describes an issue that occurs when you use the Printbrm.exe tool on a print server that's running Windows Server 2012 R2. You can fix this issue by using the update in this article. Before you install this update, see the Prerequisites section.

The Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC is now also integrated directly into the Xbox app for PC. Enter the following command line in Command Prompt: sc.exe stop licensemanager; Press the Enter key to run the command. The command prompt will output some text to indicate if the command was processed successfully. Once Command Prompt completes the task, try launching the game again.
