To reset the OneDrive desktop sync app in Windows. Press the Windows key and R to open the Run dialog box, enter wsreset.exe, then select OK. A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close. You can close the Microsoft Store window. Update Windows Security signatures - Microsoft Support
