Microsoft Store doesn't launch

If you're having trouble launching Microsoft Store, here are some things to try:

Check for connection problems and make sure that you're signed in with a Microsoft account .

Make sure Windows has the latest update: Select Start  , then select Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update > Check for Updates .

Check your time and location settings: Select Start  , then select Settings  > Time & Language. Select Date & time to verify your time settings and select Region to check your location. These settings need to show your current location and time zone.

Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe , and then select OK .

Note : A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.
