Install or reinstall classic Outlook on a Windows PC
To install a standalone version of classic Outlook for Windows, select your language from the dropdown, and then select Download. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

How do I clear the cache or locally reset/refresh the client/app?
If you are seeing incomplete or incorrect data please try force close and reopen the app. If that doesn't work, then you can try to reset the account on the device: Open our app > Settings > Select the email account > Reset Account. Was this information helpful?
