When you move or copy cells, rows, and columns, Excel moves or copies all data that they contain, including formulas and their resulting values, comments, cell formats, and hidden cells.

Select the storage device that you want to move or copy content from, and then select Move or copy. Choose Select all to select your entire library or use the checkboxes next to each game to select only the content that you want.

When you use Move to, the history of the document is copied to the new destination. When you use Copy to with documents that have version history, only the latest version is copied.

Learn how to copy a task, move a task, and what's copied and what's not copied. Need to copy more than just a task? You can also copy a plan. Copying or moving tasks to/from premium plans is not yet supported. In Planner, open the task details for the task that you want to copy.
