If you delete files or folders that you're syncing, you can restore them from the Windows recycle bin on your PC. To put your Windows recycle bin on your desktop, see Show or hide the Recycle Bin. The information in this article also applies to OneDrive (for work or school) files.

Solution 1: Restart your console and try the installation again. Turn off your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Plug the console power cable back in.

If you are unable to open and view a notebook in OneNote for the web, it's likely a server issue. If your notebook is stored on OneDrive, check the Service Status page for any known interruptions or outages. If your notebook is stored on SharePoint, contact your administrator to report and troubleshoot the problem.

If you’ve deleted Class Notebook pages or sections and then emptied the OneNote Recycle bin, you can recover these files using OneDrive. This works if the OneDrive Recycle bin hasn't been emptied yet. Sign in to Microsoft365.com.
