Press the Windows logo key , enter store in the search bar, and then select the Microsoft Store app from the search results to open the Store. If you already own the game and you want to reinstall it, select Library > Games to find the game from your list.

Right-click Command Prompt, and then select Run as administrator. Press the Enter key to run the command. The command prompt will output some text to indicate if the command was processed successfully. Once Command Prompt completes the task, try launching the game again.
