To change the name that displays when you send email, update the Your name field. Unless you specifically need to change any of the other fields, you can leave the default values in place. When you're done, select Next. You can then select Close to return to classic Outlook .

Account Name and Sync Settings lets you update the friendly name for the account and decide how many days' worth of email you'd like to synchronize. Server Settings lets you change the login information, including the password, server name, port, and authentication settings.
