Change the display name that email recipients see in classic Outlook
To change the name that displays when you send email, update the Your name field. Unless you specifically need to change any of the other fields, you can leave the default values in place. When you're done, select Next. You can then select Close to return to classic Outlook .

Regardless, you can easily make the change to ensure that Outlook will display your full name. Take these steps: Select the account that you want to update. Under Personal Information, you can update your Full Name, which will now be displayed to recipients when they view your emails.
