Check for Windows updates. Learn how to update drivers in Windows using Device Manager to update or reinstall a driver.

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device security . Under Security processor, select Security processor details. Select Security processor troubleshooting, and then under Clear TPM, select Clear TPM. You'll need to restart your device to complete the process.

To troubleshoot this problem, use one or more of the following methods: Verify that you are using a driver that is designed for an x64-based version of Windows. Obtain new or updated drivers that have correctly decorated .inf files. Visit the Windows Update Web site or the device manufacturer's Web site to obtain these drivers.
