Resolves a vulnerability in Windows Explorer that could allow remote code execution if a user visited a specially crafted webpage.

This issue occurs because of an error in the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) shell (Rdpshell.exe). The window hierarchy cannot be created correctly in RemoteApp scenarios if the following conditions are true: A window is created, and the WS_VISIBLE flag is set.
