Click Customize the Quick Access Toolbar, and then click More Commands. In the Choose commands from list, click File Tab. Choose the command, and then click Add. Click OK.

When you’re working on a document with other people or editing a document yourself, turn on Track Changes to see every change. Word marks all additions, deletions, moves, and formatting changes. View, edit, and manage video transcripts and captions
Upload captions and transcripts. Upload your own WebVTT captions and transcript file by selecting Video settings in the upper right of the web player. Expand the Transcripts and captions section if closed, then select Upload. In the dialog that appears, select the language of the file you’re uploading.
