Create and share a resource pool in Project desktop
Open Project, click Blank Project > Resource tab. Click the arrow next to Team Planner and click Resource Sheet. Click Add Resources and import existing resource information. To type in new people information, click Work Resource and add Resource Name and details.

The duration or work value changed when I assigned a resource
Resolution. Reset the duration to its previous value. Select the task that you want to change. On the Resource tab, choose Assign Resources. In the Resource Name column, select the resource that you added to the originally assigned resources, and then choose Remove. Turn off effort-driven scheduling for an individual task.
