Windows 10. There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions. Reinstall the device driver. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.

Install Office. Select the Microsoft 365 folder from the virtual drive and then double-click either the Setup32.exe to install the 32-bit version of Microsoft 365, or Setup64.exe to install the 64-bit version to begin the offline installation. Download the automated tool. In the lower-lower left corner right-click SetupProd_OffScrub.exe > Open. Select the version you want to uninstall, and then select Next. Follow through the remaining screens and when prompted, restart your computer.

Select Install apps. Follow the instructions in the browser to download the installer and start your installation. Tip. As your apps are installing you might see the User Account Control prompt pop up and ask Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Select Yes. Close the installer window after it's finished.
