The Xbox Offline System Update (OSU) process allows you to update your console by downloading a file to a USB flash drive and then installing that file directly onto your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console. To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

Accessing cloud gaming storage management. To open cloud gaming storage management: Go to xbox.com/play and sign in with your Microsoft account. Select the Settings icon. Select the Manage games tab. You’ll see a list of all games you’ve played through cloud gaming over the last 30 days.

OneDrive is built in to some versions of Windows and can't be uninstalled. But you can hide it and stop the sync process, so it stays hidden. To do this, turn off all the OneDrive settings and remove the OneDrive folder from File Explorer. One more time, select and select Quit OneDrive.
