Excel may stop or close when using new IME in Windows 11
To work around this issue, please do the following steps: Select Start , type "Settings", and select Enter. Type "IME" into the search box within Settings and select Edit Language and Keyboard Settings. Choose your preferred input language and go to the options for that language. Go to the IME settings that are appropriate to your language.

This update completes the work to comply with the GB18030-2022 requirements. It removes and remaps characters for Microsoft Wubi input and Microsoft Pinyin U-mode input. You can no longer enter character codepoints that are not supported. All the required codepoints are up to date.
Uninstall or remove apps and programs in Windows
Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall. Note: Some apps can't be uninstalled from the Settings app right now.
