Troubleshoot attachment problems in Outlook for Windows
To zip a file, navigate to the folder on your computer or in the cloud that contains the file, right-click the file, and select Send to compressed (zipped) folder.

Download files and folders from OneDrive or SharePoint
If you select multiple files or folders and then select Download from Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint in Microsoft 365, or from SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, your browser will start downloading a .zip file containing all the files and folders you selected.

Extract files or objects from a PowerPoint file
You can extract files and objects, such as videos, photos or documents, from PowerPoint presentations for separate use. The easiest way to do this is to turn the presentation into a "zipped" file.

Attach a file or folder to a message in Outlook for Mac
You can send files and folders by attaching them to an email message. You also have the option to send files through a connected cloud account. When you attach a folder, Outlook for Mac compresses the contents of the folder into a single .zip file.
