INTRODUCTION
This article describes that the Staff Accounting update is available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed. The new functionality includes the following changes:
- The legislative requirements in the report about the earnings used for Social Insurance Fund (SIF) contributions calculation for two previous years and about the calendar days in periods that are excluded from SIF contributions calculation
- Changes in the format of the Individual card of insurance premiums amounts report
More Information
According to the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection No 182n from April 30, 2013, legislative requirements for the report about the earnings used for SIF contributions for two previous years were changed. To comply with the requirements, a new format of the report is developed. The main changes are as follows:
- Multiple working periods are used in the report instead of only one.
- The number of reporting years can be more than three if an employee has maternity leave or child-care vacations.
- The report contains the information about the total number of excluded days of each year and the detailed information about each exclusion case within the each year.
According to the Federal Laws No 212-FZ from July 24, 2009, No 243-FZ from December 3, 2012, a joint letter of recommendation that is given by Pension Fund (No AD-30-24/691 from January 26, 2010) and Social Insurance Fund (No 02-03-08/08-56P from January 14, 2010), the format of the Individual card of insurance premiums amounts report is updated as follows:
- The section with the percentages of additional Pension fund tariffs is added.
- The section with contribution amounts that are calculated according to additional Pension fund tariffs is added.
