This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Turkey (tr) region.
Symptoms
In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Turkey GLS layer installed, the BA/BS report does not consider invoices and credit notes when a partial sales credit note or purchase credit note was issued in one of the following scenarios:
- Sales invoices or purchase invoices and their credit notes contains reduced quantities (negative quantity updated in the order line).
- Sales invoices or purchase invoices and their credit notes are posted by using the delivery now field.
- Sales invoices or purchase invoices are posted and created from order lines that contain positive and negative quantities.
- Purchase invoices contain negative quantity.
- Sales invoices or purchase invoices and their credit notes or reversals are in different BA/BS reporting periods.
Therefore, the Turkish BA/BS report does not retrieve information from posted sales invoices or posted purchase invoices and the corresponding credit notes as expected.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
