Symptoms
Assume that you run the "Category hour utilization - efficiency rate" report or the "Project hour utilization - efficiency rate" report in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. When you click the calendar icon to select a date, you receive the following error message:

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
