Symptoms
When you upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 by using the State Transfer tool, the State Transfer tool clears the contents that are required for multisite activation in the ChangeTrack table.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
