Symptoms
Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed:
- You create an invoice approval journal that is filled in with a posted invoice register voucher.
- You run the Breakdown of voucher function for the invoice register voucher.
- You post the invoice approval journal.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
Note
Unable to set automatic correspondence for the transaction.
Additionally, you cannot manually set the correspondence for the posted invoice register voucher. However, the system should set the correspondence automatically.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
