Symptoms
After you delete a picking list that was posted for a sales order in the "Picking list registration" form in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, the picking list option is no longer available. Additionally, if you try to create a new picking list or if you try to delete the sales order, you receive the following error message:
Note
Output order, order_number, must be processed first.
This problem occurs if the license information for the "Warehouse Management I" module and the "Warehouse Management II" module is blank.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT), and then verify that there is a method whose name is the same as the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by viewing the KB967362.txt file against the objects in the AOT. Therefore, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or the GLP layer.
