Symptoms
You are using the warehouse management process to return WMS controlled items in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. When you post an arrival journal to return items to stock, you receive the following error message:
Note
Quantity ordered cannot be reduced because there are not enough open inventory transactions with the Ordered status. The items are purchased, Received or Registered.
This problem occurs if the return quantity is larger than a full pallet quantity.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT), and then verify that there is a method whose name is the same as the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by viewing the KB967115.txt file against the objects in the AOT. Therefore, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or the GLP layer.
