Symptoms
If you change the description for Cost Transaction Journal or Service Transaction Journal, you need to do it twice before AX will save it.
Cause
When the changed records are inserted into table COSJournalTable first, they will be re-updated according to the table COSJournalNameTab records.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
