Symptoms
When printing multiple sales orders on one packing slip with summary update set to invoice, Only header notes from the first sales order are printed on the packing slip.
Resolution
The changes in the hotfix include traversing all related tables and copy their attached documents. This fix handles documents attached on sales order when posting a packing slip. This is consistent with the way its handled when invoicing a sales order.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
