Can't finish the E-discovery process for an on-premises mailbox (KB5019807)

Symptoms

When you try to view an E-discovery search through the Exchange Control Panel (ECP), you receive the following error message:

"Deserialization of type Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.Infoworker.MailboxSearch.SearchObjectId blocked due to NotInAllow at location MailboxDataStore"

To fix this issue, install the following cumulative update, as appropriate:
