Summary
Starting from November 2024 Security Update (SU), Microsoft Information Protection Client (MSIPC) is enabled by default in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and 2016. This feature replaces the legacy Microsoft Digital Rights Management (MSDRM) for information rights management.
