Improvements and fixes
This update fixes the known issue in KB5002914 that causes certain paste operations to fail silently.
Known issues in this update
If the workbook contains conditional formatting, paste operations might continue to fail.
Workaround
If the paste operation fails, users can try the following Paste Special options:
On the Home tab, select the Paste dropdown list, and then select Paste Special.
In the Paste Special window, select one of the following options:
- Formulas
- Formulas & Number Formatting
- Values
- Values & Number Formatting
- Link
