For Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10
To fix this issue for Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10 or Windows 10 version 1511, you must install one of the following updates:
- KB3193519 ActiveX installation that uses AXIS fails after you install KB3185611
- KB3193517 ActiveX installation that uses AXIS fails after you install KB3185614
For Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 SP1
