Symptoms
When a PSTN call is transferred to another PSTN endpoint, the display name and phone number of the remote participant are not updated in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the August 4, 2020, update (KB4484464) for Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.
