Response Group Service Crashes in Skype for Business Server 2015 (KB5022533)

Symptoms

The Response Group Service on the front-end server stops responding at irregular intervals and requires a restart because of a race condition.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the following updates for Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015:

• December 2022 cumulative update 6.0.9319.842 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Core Components (KB5021628)
• December 2022 cumulative update 6.0.9319.842 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Response Group Service (KB5021629)
