ISSUE

Some users might be unable to access voicemail audio attachments in classic Outlook for Windows. When affected, voicemail messages are delivered successfully, but the associated audio attachment (typically .mp3 or .wav) is not displayed within the message.

As a result, users cannot play or download the voicemail recording from the affected message. This issue primarily affects voicemail messages generated by integrated voicemail systems and delivered directly to the mailbox.
