To get a replacement USB-C cable for your Surface Duo 2 when it's under warranty:
- Go to Device service and repair and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Register your Surface Duo and start a new repair order.
- Select the replacement accessories you need, and then create the order. If the accessory you need isn't listed, contact us.
Get a replacement SIM card tray
If you need to request a replacement for the SIM card tray in your Surface Duo, please contact us.
Request replacement USB-C Earbuds for Surface Duo 2
USB-C Earbuds are included with Surface Duo in some countries or regions, but not all. If your Surface Duo came with them and you need to request a replacement for your USB-C Earbuds, please contact us.
Buy a Surface Duo 2 Bumper from the Microsoft Store or other sources
Go to Surface Duo 2 Bumper in the Microsoft Store to purchase a new bumper. (See it in the Microsoft Store)

Buy a Surface Duo USB-C Power Supply from the Microsoft Store or other online retailers
Visit the Microsoft Store online to buy the Surface Duo USB-C Power Supply. It includes a USB-C cable and 23W USB-C power adapter that you plug into a wall outlet. (See it in the Microsoft Store)
You can also buy the Surface Duo 2 USB-C Power Supply from other online stores that sell Surface Duo 2 or related accessories.
