Switch views during a video call in Microsoft Teams Free

To switch views during a video call, you can:

1. Select More actions

2. Then select either Meeting views  or Views .

3. Select the option you'd like:

   • Gallery  view- This is the default view when joining a meeting on desktop or mobile.

4. You can change your view at any time during the video call.

To switch views during a video call, you can:

1. Select Change your view .

2. Select a view from these options:

   • Gallery  - This is the default view when joining a meeting on desktop or mobile.
   • Speaker ⁠-⁠ This view will track the current active speaker in the meeting. 
   • Together mode - This layout gives your call the feel of everyone working together in a virtual space. Together mode is available when there are at least five people in the meeting. 
   • Large gallery view- This will show up to 49 participants, in a 7x7 arrangement. This option is available when at least ten people have their cameras turned on. 
   • Focus on content ⁠-⁠ This is where you can focus on the content when the presenter is sharing their screen. 

3. You can change your view at any time during the video call.

4. You can also Select max gallery size and Prioritize video. More options include:

   1. Show gallery at top
   2. Turn off incoming video
   3. Hide me
   4. Include me in the gallery
   5. Full screen
