Manage your data and storage in Microsoft Teams Free

In Microsoft Teams Free, you can manage your data and storage in Settings. 

Note

This feature is currently available on Microsoft Teams Free for iOS and Android. 

To manage data and storage:

  1. Tap your profile picture.

  2. Tap Settings Settings button .

  3. Tap Data and Storage Three bars one taller than the other .

  4. In the Data and Storage settings, you can:

    • Clear temporary files
    • Clear app data
    • Reset the app’s database
    • Reduce data usage for Video calls
    • Change the Image upload quality
    • Choose whether to Show history
    • Clear history
