Printing lists in Microsoft To Do

To print a list from the To Do app for Windows 10:

1. Select the three dots in the top right of a list, or right-click the list name in the sidebar.
2. Turn on or off the toggles next to Print steps and Print notes.
3. Select Print list.

To print a list from To Do on the web:

1. In To Do on the web, select the three dots to the right of a list's title, or right-click the list name in the sidebar.
2. Turn on or off the toggles next to Print steps and Print notes.
3. Select Print list.
