Symptoms

When you print Sales or Purchase related reports in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, you receive the following error message:

An item with the same key has already been added.

When this problem occurs, you cannot print the affected reports until the reports are redeployed and the Reporting Services service restarts.

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
