Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You install update 2919355 on a Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2-based computer.

You log on the computer as an administrator user, and then you turn on the Set as metered connection setting for Wi-Fi or for mobile broadband (MBB) connections.

You log off and then log on as a non-administrator user.
In this scenario, when you check the Set as metered connection setting as a non-administrator user, the setting state is displayed as Off.
Resolution
