Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a computer that is running Windows RT, Windows 8, or Windows Server 2012.

You try to install an application from the Windows Store on the computer but the installation fails.

You click the try again option to try to install the application again.
In this scenario, you still cannot install the application and receive the following error code:
0x80246007
Resolution
