What is Copilot Health?

Copilot Health is a dedicated space in Copilot where you can talk through private health questions - for example, what your symptoms might mean, what your lab results say, or what kind of care to look for. If you choose, you can also connect Copilot Health to your own data from wearables or health records to get more personalized answers.

Important: Copilot Health is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions and it’s not a substitute for professional medical advice. It’s a way for you to be more informed about your health and wellbeing, spot patterns and trends, and get prepared for more productive conversations with your doctor.

Insights

What are insights?

Insights are the cards you see on your personal homepage when you open Copilot Health. Each one reflects a personalized observation, suggestion, or starting point related to your health. For example, you may see trends in your sleep data if you’ve connected a wearable that tracks your sleep, an option to follow up on a conversation you had earlier, or a small action you could try this week. You can tap an insight to start a conversation about that topic.

Where do insights come from?

Insights are generated for you from your own data (e.g. information in your Health Profile, connected wearables, or previous conversations). When you’re just getting started, your insights will be more general—typically about common health topics—and grow more personalized as you use Copilot Health.

How do I give feedback about an insight?

You can dismiss any insights you don’t find helpful or relevant. Copilot Health considers that feedback as it generates new personalized insights for you in the future.

Is my data used to create insights for anyone else?

No. Insights generated from your data are only for you. Nothing from your conversations, your Health Profile or connected wearables or health records is used to generate insights for anyone else.

How can I get more personalized insights?

Add information to your Health Profile or connect a data source like a wearable or health record. The more information you choose to share with Copilot Health, the more relevant your insights will be.
