Add a Microsoft 365 Copilot widget to your home screen on iOS devices

1. Touch and hold a widget or empty area on your home screen.

2. Select Edit, and then select Add Widget.

3. Select Microsoft 365 Copilot from the widget list.

4. Choose the widget display you prefer and select Add Widget.

Add a Microsoft 365 Copilot widget to your lock screen on iOS

1. Touch and hold the lock screen.

2. Select Customize, and then select Add Widgets.

3. Scroll through the options and select the desired Copilot widgets you want to add. There are options to open the app, start a voice conversation, start a dictation, and open camera.

4. Select the close button, then select Done.

Add a Microsoft 365 Copilot widget to your Control Center on iOS

1. Swipe down from the top right corner of your screen to open the Control Center

2. From the top left corner of the screen, select + to edit.

3. Select Add a Control.

4. Scroll down or search Microsoft 365 Copilot.

5. Choose if you want the Control to open a Copilot Chat conversation, activate voice, dictate, or open camera.

6. Swipe up from the bottom center of your screen to close Control Center

How to configure your Action button to activate Microsoft 365 Copilot

Note: This is only available for iPhone models that support the Action button. 

1. Go to your device Settings.

2. Select Action button, then swipe through the actions until you land on Shortcut.

3. Select Talk to M365 Copilot.
