There are many different ways you can import media in Clipchamp.
Option 1. Drag and drop media files from your device to import
Drag and drop your media files from your device into the importing tab.
Option 2. Click on the import media button to import media from your files
Click on the import media button to browse your device's files. Click on the media you would like to add, then click open.
Option 3. Click on the arrow button to import media using one of our integrations.
Click on the down arrow to open importing media options. Select one of our integrations like OneDrive or Dropbox.
Option 4. Use your smartphone with the QR code.
If you would like to import media from your phone, click on the from phone button and then use your phone's camera to scan the QR code and open the website to select your media.

What to do if a video doesn't import?
If the video doesn't appear when you try to add it or doesn't load properly:

Make sure your file is one of the video formats we currently support.
