An update rollup is available for the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 in Windows 7 and in Windows Server 2008 R2

Summary

This update rollup addresses issues of the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. If you run partial-trust Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) XAML browser applications in the Mozilla Firefox browser, this update rollup also disables the Web Browser ActiveX control (WebOC) in the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2).

Note

  • The WPF feature is included in the .NET Framework 3.0.

  • The .NET Framework 3.0 SP2 is included in the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
