Improvements and fixes
This update for Azure Stack version 1804 includes quality improvements. No new features are being introduced in this update. Important changes include the following:

Fix to prevent users from seeing time-outs and failures when they use the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) capabilities in the Azure Stack portal.

Fix to prevent users from having to run iisreset for the graph service in disconnected deployments.
