Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
-
You have a Windows Server 2012 R2 cluster.
-
One cluster node sends a message that is larger than 64 kilobytes (KB) to another cluster node. Additionally, the connection between the two nodes is broken.
-
The two nodes are reconnected.
-
A large message is sent through the same connection.
In this scenario, the Clussvc.exe process on the cluster node that receives the message crashes or the cluster node itself crashes.
